Vitebsk Oblast, Northern District of Moscow to sign cooperation plan for 2013-2015

           Vitebsk Oblast and the Northern Administrative District of Moscow will sign a joint action plan on cooperation development for 2013-2015. The document will be signed during a visit of a delegation of Vitebsk Oblast to the Russian capital on 12-13 May. The Belarusian delegation will be led by Vitebsk Oblast Governor Alexander Kosinets.
      Alexander Kosinets will meet with Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the foreign economic and international relations department Sergei Cheremin, visit the Vitebsk permanent trading show in the Northern District.
       In 2011 Vitebsk Oblast and the Northern Administrative District of Moscow signed a long-term agreement on cooperation in trade, economy, science, humanitarian activities and culture.
