Honorary Consul of Belarus in Ecuador Jaime Ortiz Barona is in Belarus on a working visit on 23-28 April.

           Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Valentin Rybakov presented Jaime Ortiz Barona a consular patent for the Ecuadorian Foreign Ministry.
Jaime Ortiz is set to visit a range of Belarusian enterprises, including Minsk Tractor Plant, MAZ, Amkodor, Belkommunmash. The diplomat will also meet with representatives of Belarusian ministries and agencies to discuss ways of further strengthening the bilateral trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and Ecuador, and the prospects for exchanging visits of business delegations of the two countries.
