Hockey battles of international scale take place in the capital city of Belarus.

          The 6th stage of the Presidential Sport Club started. It features the teams of Belarus, Russia, Latvia and Slovakia. The entrance to all games in the Ice Palace is free. In the first game Belarus lost to Slovakia 0-1 and Russia defeated Latvia 3-2.
          At the same time several hundreds of athletes arrived in Minsk to take part in World Sambo Cup.
The first duels already take place at the Sports Palace. The sellout is expected despite the fact that sambo is not included in the Olympic program yet.
