Belarus, Hungary eager to remove administrative barriers to secure higher trade

Belarus and Hungary will put efforts into removing administrative barriers for the sake of increasing the trade turnover, BelTA quotes State Secretary of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Laszlo Szabo from the Belarusian-Hungarian business forum in Minsk. “Apart from that, we are discussing forms of financial support for export and import operations between our countries,” noted Laszlo Szabo. In his words, Belarusian-Hungarian trade relations are developing intensively right now. “If we compare H1 2013 with H1 2014, we can see a 30% increase. We are interested in all the opportunities for cooperation between our countries,” stressed Laszlo Szabo. In turn, Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich stated that active business cooperation between Belarus and Hungary has been registered for the last two years. “A Belarusian-Hungarian business forum took place in Budapest last year. I would like to mention strong interest: representatives of about 100 Hungarian companies turned up for the forum,” he said.
