Minsk to host an extraordinary meeting of the CIS Council of Permanent Representatives

       The week Minsk is to host an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The agenda is focused around the situation in some regions of Ukraine, in particular, in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Another possible point is the extraordinary meeting of the Council of CIS Foreign Ministers which has been initiated by Kiev earlier. However, so far the list of possible participants has not been voiced.
       As recently stated by Plenipotentiary Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the CIS coordinating bodies Ivan Bunechka, the preparations for the Ukraine's presidency in the Commonwealth proceeds as planned.
