The slowdown in inflationary processes continued in Belarus in Q2 2026, the press service of the National Bank told BelTA.
In Q2, the year-on-year increase in consumer prices eased from 5.4% in March to 4.3% in June. “The inflation dynamics were influenced by a significant decline in fruit and vegetable prices and a deceleration in core inflation. The impact from economic activity remained close to neutral,” the press service noted.
According to the National Bank, the prevailing monetary conditions contributed to the slowdown in price dynamics across the country.
