Belarus, UAE intend to intensify investment cooperation

         Belarus and the UAE intend to intensify investment cooperation.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to the UAE Roman Golovchenko met with UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Gargash. The parties discussed the status of implementation of the agreements reached during the first meeting of the joint committee on cooperation between the Government of Belarus and the Government of the UAE, and also the arrangements reached during the meeting between Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei and Anwar Gargash on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.
       The parties also discussed the preliminary agenda of the second meeting of the joint committee, including the possibility of creating a joint investment fund, visa facilitation, development of interbank cooperation, cooperation in the international arena, and expansion of the legal framework of bilateral relations.
