Belarus and Azerbaijan discuss perspectives of development of industrial cooperation and joint marketing of products

Belarus and Azerbaijan discuss perspectives of development of industrial cooperation and joint marketing of products in third countries. This was announced at the official talks in expanded format by two Presidents, Alexander Lukashenko and Ilham Aliyev. Alexander Lukashenko noted the good momentum of the development of trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and Azerbaijan, as evidenced by the increase in turnover. At the same time the head of state stressed that the current volume of trade does not correspond to the potential of the two states. The parties plan to not only produce products for the Azerbaijani market, but also in the long term supply it to third countries. In this regard, Alexander Lukashenko suggested establishing a working group on industrial cooperation in the framework of the existing intergovernmental commission.
Belarus President also stressed that relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan have no problems either in politics or diplomacy.
