Belarusian enterprises encouraged to outsource

        Belarusian industrial enterprises should outsource more during modernization. First Vice Premier of Belarus Vladimir Semashko made the statement at the session of the national council for labor and social affairs.
        The optimization of the management of an enterprise via outsourcing, via transferring some business processes from one company to another is becoming a pressing question in Belarus. Enterprises talk about outsourcing more and more, for instance, with regard to cleaning services or security services. It should be done, believes Vladimir Semashko. The instrument will improve the quality of the services and will reduce the enterprise’s expenses. But outsourcing should be introduced with caution. Vladimir Semashko called upon enterprises to calculate the advisability of outsourcing and proceed with it wisely. It is a progressive mechanism, it should be part of the Belarus economy, believes the First Vice Premier.
