Algerian president urges importance of intensifying bilateral ties with Belarus

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Terentiev presented his credentials to President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Abdelmadjid Tebboune, BelTA learned from the Belarusian foreign mission.

During the conversation with the diplomat, the Algerian president conveyed greetings to Belarusian head of state Aleksandr Lukashenko. The Algerian leader noted the importance of intensifying bilateral ties with the Republic of Belarus in all areas based on the traditions of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

The Belarusian ambassador, in turn, reaffirmed Belarus' commitment to intensifying  comprehensive cooperation with Algeria. The head of the diplomatic mission informed the president of Algeria about the Belarusian-Algerian projects that have already been launched.
