The difference in economic and political behavior of global payers in recent years is that the Eastern model offers involvement and interaction but the Western, on the contrary, uses sanctions and pressure. Conflict in Ukraine unmasked the hypocrisy, Cold War mentality and turned against those who inspired confrontation.
