President of Belarus congratulates President and people of Venezuela on Independence Day

On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro and the people of this country on Independence Day. Alexander Lukashenko pointed out that the Belarusian-Venezuelan relations have reached the level of strategic partnership, which is reflected in an intense political dialogue and the implementation of big bilateral projects.

According to Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Republic of Belarus Americo Diaz Nunez, relations between Belarus and Venezuela will improve and expand. Of all the cooperation avenues, joint projects in construction have made the biggest progress, the ambassador said. An ambitious housing construction project is implemented in Venezuela now. More regions in Venezuela might be involved in the project, the diplomat noted.  New cooperation prospects will be discussed at the high level commission that will be held in Minsk on 4-5 August.
