Foreign Ministry: Belarus respects the choice of Ukrainian voters

       Belarus respects the choice of Ukrainian voters, the Belarusian Foreign Ministry said commenting on the elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
      “We respect the choice made by Ukrainian voters. Belarus is ready to maintain all-round constructive cooperation with its neighbor and contribute to the successful development of the peace process in Ukraine,” the Foreign Ministry informed.
      The ministry expressed hope that the new parliament elected in such a complicated environment will do its best to resume a full-fledged national dialogue, to preserve the unity of Ukraine and to contribute to the progressive development of the country with which Belarus shares many centuries of history.
