Belarusian museum workers will be able to take internships in China.

This has been made possible thanks to the agreement on cooperation between the National Art Museum of Belarus and the State Museum of the Imperial Palace Gugong.
The agreement provides for further cooperation between the cultural institutions of the two countries. The document will allow for the exchange of exhibition projects, research, and internships for museum staff.
Deputy Culture Minister of Belarus Vasily Chernik who was present at the ceremony, noted the significance of the event. "This is another step towards deepening of cultural interaction between the two countries. Belarus and China cooperate in cinematography, librarianship and now in the museum field,” he said. He expressed the hope that the State Museum of the Imperial Palace Gugong will establish partnerships with the Belarusian national history and regional museums, for example, in Mir and Nesvizh.
