Lukashenko sends greetings to participants and guests of 2014 IIHF World Championship

       President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to participants and guests of the 2014 IIHF World Championship in Minsk.
     “The tournament has brought together the world’s strongest teams that will compete in strenuous ice hockey matches until a champion is crowned and also the dedicated fans who will selflessly root for their teams, share their joy of victories and bitterness of defeat. We sincerely hope that many fans will love Belarus and make new friends here,” the message of greetings reads.
        The President wished the participants of the competition good mood, fair play and success.
