Moscow to host CIS Commonwealth of Debuts award ceremony in December

         The annual CIS Commonwealth of Debuts award ceremony will take place in Moscow in December 2013. The award goes to young experts in ecology and environmental protection in several nominations: For forming environmental culture among young people of the CIS, For environmental culture popularization, For academic and research achievements and socially important activity in the environmental area. Three awards are presented in each of the abovementioned nominations. Two additional awards are bestowed on behalf of the Board of the CIS Interstate Fund of Humanitarian Cooperation. Every prize-holder gets a badge of honor and a diploma of the Commonwealth of Debuts holder.
         The CIS governments delegate winners or prize-holders of national competitions, holders of state scholarships and grants in line with the regulations of the competition for the international award Commonwealth of Debuts.
