An exhibition of unique collections of clocks of the 17th-20th centuries will be held at the national historical and cultural museum-reserve Nesvizh.
The exhibition will feature magnificent works of ornamental art which combine exact science and decor. The clocks are of different kinds, including fireplace, wall and bracket clocks and pocket and wrist watches. The clocks and watches are made by the European masters including by watchmakers who served Louis the Eighteenth and Emperor of the French Napoleon Bonaparte.
The exhibition was organized by the Nesvizh Castle complex, which possesses the greatest collection of clocks and watches in Belarus, the Klaipeda Clock Museum and private collectors.
