Belarus and Russia’s Pskov region signed an action plan for 2015-2017 in trade, economic, sci-tech and cultural cooperation. The document was signed by Belarusian Minister of Architecture and Construction Anatoly Chernyi and Governor of Pskov region of Russia Andrei Turchak in Pskov, the press service of the Pskov region administration. “In the light of the recent developments, we can give additional momentum to the already well-established bilateral relations. This document will create the foundation in economic and business cooperation,” he noted. He added that Pskov region has established relations with Belarus in delivery of farm machines, projects in forest management, housing and utilities, culture and patriotic education.
In turn, Anatoly Chernyi noted the significance of the development of bilateral relations. "The trade between our countries has declined a bit. Yet, not everything is measured in money. We have cultural and educational links, and share the historical roots,” he said.
