Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE) may be entitled to carry out trades not only in goods but also in services, head of the Department of Methodology and Perspective Development Sergey Moyseychik told media during as recent press-conference.
BUCE’s Deputy Head of Information and Analytical Department - Head of Marketing and Analytics Vitaly Antipov pointed out that additionally the exchange has focused on strengthening international cooperation. Thus, it has initiated creation of a committee on commodity markets, which includes three exchanges from Russia, as well as exchanges from Kazakhstan, Moldova, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. One of the tasks of the committee is the the creation of a common payment system trading for the exchange commodity market of CIS and EEU. "There are strong geographical, historical and economic ties between the countries, and it is impossible to destroy them. Preconditions for cooperation are there due to similarity of economic challenges within CIS, common development priorities of stock trading," - said the head of the department.
