Belarus-Azerbaijan cooperation discussed in Baku

          The state and prospects of Belarusian-Azerbaijani cooperation, including in agriculture, construction of social housing, education, healthcare, science and technology were discussed in a meeting between First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Vladimir Semashko and Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade.
The meeting took place in Baku. The parties also discussed the status of implementation of the joint industrial cooperation projects and development of the legal framework of the bilateral relations. The Belarusian delegation attended the 8th meeting of the intergovernmental Belarusian-Azerbaijani commission on trade and economic cooperation in Baku.
         The Belarusian delegation of the commission was headed by Vladimir Semashko, the Azerbaijani one by First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyubov.
         The members of the commission noted the positive dynamics of bilateral cooperation in a wide range of areas, successful implementation of the decisions adopted at the previous meeting of the intergovernmental commission.
