Belarus to spend innovative funds on import-substituting projects

Money of innovation funds can be spent on financing import-substituting investment projects according to the government’s resolution No.590 of 8 September 2022. The resolution has been published in the national legal information registry, BelTA has learned.

In line with the resolution, in 2022 money of the national centralized innovation fund and municipal innovation funds can be channeled into financing projects, which are included in the list of promising import-substituting investment projects. The list is approved by the prime minister.
