Belarus PM off to Kyrgyzstan for Eurasian Intergovernmental Council session

 

Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko is taking part in an in-person meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, BelTA has learned. The heads of government of the Eurasian Economic Union countries consider a list of exemptions and restrictions on the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Union to be eliminated in 2021-2022, the issue of aligning unilateral non-tariff measures, set for the export of goods, and also export customs duties. The participants of the meeting are expected to discuss issues of state procurement, distribution of import customs duties between the budgets of the member states in 2020. The council also plans to discuss measures of insurance support for the member states’ mutual and foreign trade.During his visit to Kyrgyzstan Roman Golovchenko is set to hold a working meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
