EEC to develop anti-monopoly policy concept in 2015


       In 2015 the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) will develop a concept shaping the development of the anti-monopoly policy in the Eurasian Economic Union, Deputy Director of the Anti-Monopoly Regulation Department of the EEC Alexander Kurilchik said during an online conference on the BelTA website. The work to streamline anti-monopoly laws in the EEU participating states will continue throughout 2015. So will the efforts to implement the provisions of the model law on competition into the national legislations of the member states.
      The EEC will keep monitoring the observance of general competition rules on the cross-border markets of the Eurasian Economic Union and continue working to promote competition in the EEU, Alexander Kurilchik added.
