The draft Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Community (EEU) was elaborated taking into account the proposals of the business community, Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the State Customs Committee of Belarus Pavel Konoplyanikov told reporters in Minsk. The draft Customs Code of the EEU has already been prepared. “The proposals of virtually all the stakeholders taking part in the development of the document were taken into account. The work on the code proceeded in close collaboration with the business community.
A pretty big number of their proposals were incorporated into the document,” Pavel Konoplyanikov said.
Now the draft code is undergoing domestic approval procedures that are to be completed by 31 March. The final version of the document is expected to be signed by the end of 2015.
