Slavgorod to host arts and crafts festival

         Over 50 sorts of cottage cheese will be on display at the 3rd arts and crafts festival Gaspadarchy Syr which is due in Slavgorod, Mogilev Oblast on 24 May, we learnt from the organizing committee of the forum.
The culinary feast will feature tasting and sales of a wide assortment of cottage cheese from local cheese-makers. Over 50 sorts of cheese will be on display: hard and soft, melted and curd cheese, suluguni and feta, cheese cakes with sugar and salt, different dressing and filling.
       “Cottage cheese made from cow and goat milk has its distinctive taste and outstanding quality. No coloring, flavoring and preserving agents make this product irreplaceable in infant food and a healthy diet,” the representatives of the organizing committee said.
The program of the festival will also include master classes from craftsmen, an exhibition of farmsteads, concerts and competitions.
The organizers of the festival are the local fund for rural development Vozrozhdeniye-Agro and the Slavgorod District Executive Committee.
