Petkévich comentó los resultados de la cumbre de la UEE en Astaná

Cualquier adhesión, cualquier estatus, debe dar resultados, ser eficaz, y no limitarse a ser un simple estatus. Lo dijo la vice primera ministra de Belarús, Natalia Petkévich, en el canal de televisión Belarús 1 tras los resultados de la cumbre de la UEE celebrada en Astaná, informa BelTA.
 
“La cumbre actual, que se había planificado en un ambiente bastante tranquilo, derivó en un debate muy complejo y abordó problemas globales. Y nuestro Jefe de Estado planteó esos problemas, seguramente de forma totalmente inesperada, pero no para nosotros, sino para los líderes de otros países”, subrayó Natalia Petkévich.
 
La vice primera ministra destacó varios puntos clave. “En concreto, el Presidente, al debatir cuestiones relacionadas con la actividad internacional, la obtención del estatus de observador y la concesión de la adhesión a nuestra Unión Euroasiática, dijo que, en general, debemos examinar este tema con mucha atención. “La adhesión a la Unión Euroasiática debe ser difícil. Y si concedemos algún estatus de observador o firmamos acuerdos, debemos calcular claramente las consecuencias tanto para la unión como para nuestros socios. Es decir, cualquier adhesión, cualquier estatus debe dar resultados, ser eficaz, y no ser simplemente un simple estatus”.
 
Natalia Petkévich también llamó la atención sobre el hecho de que en el Tratado de la Unión Euroasiática no se han previsto muchos mecanismos. “Tanto la situación con Armenia como la situación con Moldavia muestran que hoy necesitamos nuevas herramientas para que la unión funcione plenamente. El Jefe de Estado ha puesto de relieve estas cuestiones, y sus colegas lo han respaldado. Les diré con toda sinceridad que ya hemos hablado entre nosotros en los pasillos, porque todos entendemos que sí, que los problemas se han planteado de forma absolutamente oportuna y acertada: tenemos que trabajar en ello”.
 
También se hicieron algunos balances: prácticamente se ha completado la ejecución de la estrategia del quinquenio anterior. “Hemos hecho balance del funcionamiento del Banco Euroasiático, que ha cumplido 20 años. Y aquí también se han puesto de manifiesto problemas, ciertos desequilibrios. El banco, como es lógico, es una organización comercial, pero, no obstante, se creó en el marco de una estructura de integración y no puede ser un banco puramente comercial. Aleksandr Grigórievich también habló mucho de esto”, señaló la vice primera ministra.
 
Desde el punto de vista de la aplicación práctica, el tema más importante fue la finalización de la regulación jurídica de todas las cuestiones relacionadas con la cooperación industrial y la cooperación en el complejo agroindustrial. “Porque la idea existía, pero no se habían establecido los mecanismos. Hoy, los líderes han firmado los documentos restantes que lo exigían. Para que este instrumento, con un nuevo volumen monetario, con nuevas normas, en cierto sentido menos burocráticas, y en un formato más amplio, en particular extendido al sector agroindustrial, ya se aplique”, resumió ella.

21st June was fifth International Yoga Day observed across the world. The theme for Yoga Day 2019 was "Yoga for Climate Action”. On this day, which is dedicated to inner and outer well-being of human body, people across the world practice yoga in groups. The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga, a physical, mental and spiritual practice.
