Derzeit gibt es im „Great Stone“ mehr als 170 Bewohner. Bereits in diesem Jahr wurden mehrere neue Unternehmen registriert. In diesem Fünfjahresplan soll die Zahl der Bewohner im Park auf 270 steigen (plus 100 gegenüber der aktuellen Zahl) zu erreichen. „Das ist ehrgeizig, aber nicht nur wegen der Anzahl – wichtig sind auch qualitative Parameter: Wie viele Projekte wurden umgesetzt, wr hat die Projektkapazität erreicht“, erklärte Tatjana Charap.
Die Verwaltung des Parks betreut in erster Linie die Bewohner – diejenigen, die bereits arbeiten, und diejenigen, die neu hinzukommen. „Wir sind eine Brücke zwischen den Bewohnern und den staatlichen Behörden, die Verwaltungsverfahren und staatliche Dienstleistungen anbieten. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, bei der schnellstmöglichen Umsetzung von Projekten zu helfen, damit die Wirtschaft davon profitiert. Das ist es, worüber unser Präsident gesprochen hat“, betonte die Leiterin der Parkverwaltung.
Dabei wies Tatjana Charap darauf hin, dass der Wettbewerb um Investoren heute enorm ist: Viele Länder und Standorte bieten günstige Bedingungen. „Wir beobachten das Investitionsklima und unterbreiten der Präsidialverwaltung und der Regierung Vorschläge, um ein günstiges Geschäftsumfeld zu schaffen“, sagte sie.
Änderungen des Dekrets über die Arbeitsbedingungen des Parks sollen noch in diesem Jahr erfolgen. Die Fristen hängen jedoch von den detaillierten Verhandlungen mit den beteiligten Parteien ab, betonte die Leiterin.
