Der belarussische Präsident Alexander Lukaschenko betonte heute in seiner Botschaft an das belarussische Volk und das Parlament, dass die Allbelarussische Volksversammlung einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Stabilität der belarussischen Gesellschaft leistet.
Alexander Lukaschenko sprach über die Rolle der AVV im Prozess der Rechtsregulierung. „Sie, liebe Freunde, genießen hohes Ansehen. Dies zeugt vom Vertrauen des Volkes, das Sie vertreten. Als Delegierte sind Sie befugt, die wichtigsten Entscheidungen zu treffen – von der Wirtschaft und der Zusammensetzung des Obersten Gerichtshofs bis hin zu Fragen des Friedens und der Sicherheit. Bereits auf dieser Versammlung werden Sie Personalentscheidungen treffen, die den Verfassungsgerichtshof und den Obersten Gerichtshof maßgeblich erneuern werden. Dies ist nicht nur eine Verjüngung der Justiz. Die AVV muss die Unverletzlichkeit der verfassungsmäßigen Ordnung, den Fortbestand der Generationen und den gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt gewährleisten. Jeder Einzelne muss den hohen Titel eines Mitglieds der Volksversammlung wie ein Banner tragen. Sie sind die Zukunft unseres Landes“, betonte er.
„Ich bin nicht ewig. Ich bin der scheidende Präsident. Ich kann nicht ewig Präsident sein. Und das muss ich auch nicht“, sagte das Staatsoberhaupt.
Alexander Lukaschenko betonte, dass ihm als Präsident, der gemeinsam mit dem Volk so viel für das Land getan habe, das, was nun komme, sehr wichtig sei. „Sie (die AVV) sind der Stabilisator unserer Gesellschaft. Kein Präsident, keine Partei, keine Gruppierung, kein Parlamentarier und niemand sonst kann zerstören, was wir gemeinsam geschaffen haben. Ja, wir werden Veränderungen vornehmen. Sie werden Veränderungen vornehmen. Aber Sie müssen das Land auf den richtigen Weg bringen“, betonte der belarussische Staatschef.
„Hier, auf dieser Plattform, entscheiden Sie, was zu tun ist. Dafür wurden Sie geschaffen, nicht um im Land herumzureisen und alles zu kontrollieren. Wir wurden geschaffen, um globale Probleme zu lösen“, sagte das Staatsoberhaupt.
