Belarus kann im Jahr 2027 zur Jugendhauptstadt der Gemeinschaft Unabhängiger Staaten werden. Das sagte der erste stellvertretende Generalsekretär der GUS Igor Petrischenko auf dem 3. Jugendforum der GUS und EAWU vor Journalisten.
Das Jugendforum findet in Minsk aus Anlass der belarussischen EAWU-Präsidentschaft statt. „Alle Delegationen haben das belarussische Staatliche Museum für Geschichte des Großen Vaterländischen Krieges besucht. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Geschichte und Erinnerung. Wir ehren in der ganzen GUS die Heldentaten unserer Kämpfer. In diesem Jahr feiern wir den 80. Jahrestag des Sieges im Großen Vaterländischen Krieg“, sagte Igor Petrischenko.
47 Universitäten aus 7 Ländern haben sich zu einer Netzwerkuniversität zusammengeschlossen. Dies ermöglicht einen regen Erfahrungsaustausch, den Aufbau von Kontakten unter jungen Menschen und den Austausch von Besten Praktiken. Im Bildungsbereich tut sich also sehr viel.
Eine relevante Frage in der GUS ist die Förderung des Jugendunternehmertums. „Die Jugend sieht und integriert sich in den unternehmerischen Innovations- und Wirtschaftsprozess. Es ist notwendig, dass ihre Ideen in die Praxis umgesetzt werden“, fügte der erste stellvertretende Generalsekretär der GUS hinzu.
Ein wichtiges Projekt ist auch die „Jugendhauptstadt der GUS“. Im Jahr 2024 wurde Taschkent durch den Beschluss des Rates der Regierungschefs zur Hauptstadt gewählt. „Sehr interessant waren die jugendlichen Rundtischgespräche, es wurden kreative und innovative Projekte erörtert. Das ist auch ein wichtiges verbindendes Element. Jugendprojekte werden in Aserbaidschan und in Armenien umgesetzt. Es wurde ein Beschluss vorbereitet, Minsk zur Jugendhauptstadt 2027 werden zu lassen. Belarus wird wie immer in der Lage sein, alle einschlägigen Veranstaltungen auf höchstem Niveau zu organisieren“, sagte Petrischenko.
Aktive Jugend ist der Katalysator für neue Ideen. Ihre praktische Umsetzung sollte auch von der Jugend kommen. „Hier ist es sehr wichtig, unseren Medienraum zu entwickeln, der in erster Linie durch Wahrheit, Aufrichtigkeit, Freundlichkeit und traditionelle Werte geprägt ist. Dieses Thema steht heute zur Diskussion. Es wird neue Ideen und Ansätze geben“, betonte der erste stellvertretende Generalsekretär der GUS.
Der belarussische Bildungsminister Andrej Iwanez stellte fest, dass das Forum eine gute Gelegenheit sein wird, sich kennenzulernen, Meinungen auszutauschen, die für jeden jungen Menschen interessant sind - Bildung und Wissenschaft, digitale Agenda, Ideen und ihre Umsetzung, StartUp-Initiativen. „Wir haben alles dafür getan, dass ihr nicht nur Dialogplattformen besucht und an Diskussionen teilnehmt, sondern unser Land, seine Geschichte und Kultur kennenlernt und seht, wie freundlich, friedlich und offen Belarus ist“, resümierte Andrej Iwanez.
