Der belarussische Präsident Alexander Lukaschenko will die Regierung in Fragen faire Preisgestaltung Rede und Antwort stehen lassen. Das sagte er heute bei den Gesprächen mit dem Gouverneur der Stadt Sankt Petersburg Alexander Beglow.
„Wir arbeiten auf staatlicher Ebene weiter. Ich sehe, dass Sie nicht nur Preise für Kartoffeln, sondern auch für andere Lebensmittel regulieren wollen. Obwohl sie uns im Vorjahr genau dafür kritisiert haben“, sagte das Staatsoberhaupt. „Aber wir haben nichts reguliert. Wir wollten nur faire Regeln haben. Wie ich das oft sagte: wir haben nichts zu regulieren, das können wir nicht tun, Das ist in diesem Chaos auch nicht möglich. Wir brauchen nur gerechte Preise.“
„Aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass mit dem Regierungswechsel nach den Wahlen irgendjemand „Streiche macht.“ Ich sehe das. Ich bekomme Briefe von einfachen Menschen. Mein Pressedienst analysiert sie und legt mir die Beschwerden auf den Tisch. Also seid bereit, mir Rede und Antwort zu stehen, was die gerechte Preisbildung angeht“, wandte sich Alexander Lukaschenko an den ersten stellvertretenden Premierminister Nikolai Snopkow und den Vorsitzenden des Exekutivkomitees Minsk Wladimir Kucharew.
Der Präsident hat im Gespräch mit dem Gouverneur von St. Petersburg verschiedene Aspekte des fairen Handels angesprochen, nicht nur Preise, sondern auch Gehälter der Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitgeber. „Irgendjemand verdient $70.000 im Monat und sonnt sich an der Côte d'Azur, während seine Kassiererinnen für Br500-700 zu schuften haben. Ist das gerecht?“, stelle Alexander Lukaschenko eine rhetorische Frage.
Auf der anderen Seite wird die Preisgestaltung durch Rentabilität und Produktionskosten beeinflusst – und hier kann man ansetzen. Alexander Lukaschenko hält es in dieser Hinsicht für möglich, eine bestimmte Messlatte für die Hersteller festzulegen. Er führte als Beispiel ein Milchverarbeitungsunternehmen an, in dem die Preis stimmen, die Bauern zufrieden sind, der Verarbeiter selbst nicht benachteiligt ist. „Solche Einzelfälle gilt zu multiplizieren“, sagte er. „Alle sind zufrieden. Und ich werde umso mehr zufrieden sein, und die Leute werden zufrieden sein. Die Preise sind nicht schlecht.“
Alexander Lukaschenko sagte, er werde diese Frage mit fairen Preisen und normalen Produktionsketten unter Kontrolle nehmen.
