Für Belarus ist die technologische Zusammenarbeit ein zentraler Aspekt der Zusammenarbeit mit China. Das erklärte Alexander Jaroschenko, Leiter der Verwaltung des chinesisch-belarussischen Industrieparks Great Stone in der neuen Ausgabe von „Postfactum: Beschlüsse des Ersten“.
Heute gibt es 152 Standortunternehmen im Industriepark Great Stone. Davon sind 61 Unternehmen mit chinesischem Kapital. Über 300 Millionen Dollar, die direkt in die Umsetzung der Projekte investiert wurden, sind chinesische Investitionen und Technologien. „Die chinesischen Partner kommen hierher zu sehr guten, vorteilhaften Bedingungen, sie fühlen sich hier wohl“, sagte Alexander Jaroschenko. „Wir schaffen alle Voraussetzungen dafür, dass unsere Zusammenarbeit so fruchtbar und für beide Seiten vorteilhaft wie möglich ist.“
Für Belarus sei der technologische Austausch ein zentraler Aspekt der Zusammenarbeit mit China. „Unsere Kompetenzen, auch in der Industrie, müssen gestärkt und innovativ weiterentwickelt werden. Unsere chinesischen Partner verfügen genau über solche Technologien. Chinesische Hightech-Unternehmen geben unserer Wirtschaft einen Entwicklungsschub“, betonte der Leiter der Parkverwaltung. Es werden Projekte zur Herstellung von Motoren, Getrieben, Baumaschinen und sogar unbemannten Fluggeräten umgesetzt. Dabei kommen häufig bedeutende wissenschaftliche Entwicklungen und Technologien zum Einsatz, die zuvor in Belarus nicht vertreten waren.
„Wir haben neun Projekte. Das sind belarussisch-chinesische Joint Ventures“, bemerkte Alexander Jaroshenko. „Das ist viel wert.“
„Die wichtigste Aufgabe für die Zukunft ist es, dass sich Unternehmen aus ganz Belarus unserem Projekt anschließen und sich aktiv an den technologischen Ketten und der Organisation von Lieferungen und Komponenten beteiligen“, fügte er hinzu. „Die Anforderungen unserer chinesischen Partner sind hoch, aber die Teilnahme an diesen Projekten kann zum Motor für die Entwicklung unserer Unternehmen außerhalb des Parks Great Stone werden.“
