Das Exportpotenzial unseres Landes für Pellets beträgt rund 900 Tausend Tonnen pro Jahr. Über die Vorteile von Holzpellets neben anderen Brennstoffarten sprach Witali Krezki, Direktor der Hauptabteilung für Energieeffizienz, bei der Sitzung des Kollegiums zur Zusammenfassung der Arbeitsergebnisse 2024.
Heute verfügt das Land über eine beeindruckende Produktionskapazität für Pellets. Diese relativ neue Brennstoffart hat erhebliche Vorteile. Zum Beispiel die Dichte, die den Transport und die Lagerung der Pellets erleichtert. Außerdem haben sie einen hohen Heizwert, der sie fast mit Gas gleichsetzt. Der wichtigste Punkt ist jedoch der Preis. Im Inland liegen die Kosten für Holzpellets um ein Vielfaches unter denen für Erdgas.
Für Organisationen des kommunalen Eigentums des Ministeriums für Wohnungswesen und Kommunalwirtschaft sowie für Organisationen des Ministeriums für Architektur und Bauwesen und des Energieministeriums wurde ein ermäßigter Preis für Holzpellets festgelegt. Heute beträgt er 160 Rubel pro Tonne.
Für die Bevölkerung beträgt der Preis für die gleiche Menge 50 Rubel. Darüber hinaus können seit April letzten Jahres in Belarus hergestellte Pelletkessel und Pelletbrenner von der Bevölkerung zu günstigen Kreditbedingungen erworben werden. Und im Dezember 2024 wurde ein Dekret unterzeichnet, das den Bürgern eine Rückerstattung von bis zu 40 Prozent der Kosten für Pelletkessel vorsieht.
"Für einen Haushalt reichen in der Regel etwa 3 Tonnen Pellets für die gesamte Heizperiode aus, was bedeutet, dass die Beheizung eines 100 m² großen Hauses im Winter 150 Rubel kostet. Solche Verhältnisse sind selten. Erdgas ist teurer, Strom auch", sagt Witali Krezki. - Um einen Pelletkessel zu installieren, muss man übrigens kein Projekt ausarbeiten. Ja, es gibt eine wachsende Nachfrage nach Elektroheizungen. Aber es ist wichtig zu verstehen: Um eine abgelegene Siedlung mit Strom zu versorgen, muss die Infrastruktur des Stromnetzes modernisiert werden. Manchmal ist das wirtschaftlich nicht sinnvoll".
Es wurde festgestellt, dass der inländische Markt Pellets aus Abfällen verbraucht. Es werden ca. 300.000 Tonnen solcher Pellets produziert und das Staatsoberhaupt hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, diese Menge vollständig im Land zu verbrauchen. Nach Angaben des Direktors der Hauptabteilung für Energieeffizienz kann Belarus mindestens 900 Tausend Tonnen Holzpellets ins Ausland liefern. Daran könnten die befreundeten Länder des Nachbarschaftsbogens interessiert sein, aber auch die Abnehmer in der EU würden Belarus nicht abweisen, so Witali Krezki.
