„Mit Industrie gibt es Leben“: Lukaschenko nennt Prioritäten bei staatlichen Investitionen

Der Staat wird jene Bereiche entwickeln, wo er über Kompetenzen und Basis verfügt. Das erklärte der belarussische Präsident Alexander Lukaschenko am 14. Februar während seines Besuchs im Mikroelektronik-Unternehmen Integral.

Die Mikroelektronik ist ein Teil des Industriekomplexes, ein Unterzweig der Elektronikbranche. Dabei handelt es sich um integrierte Schaltungen (oder Chips), Transistoren und Dioden (Halbleiter). Solche Produkte werden heute in allen Bereichen eingesetzt.

Die Integral Holding produziert etwa 3.500 Produkte.

„Wir sprechen jetzt sehr viel – das war meine harte Forderung - über weitere Entwicklung, Investitionsprogramme, Geld investieren und so weiter. Zweimal habe ich alle Arten von Investitionsprogrammen abgelehnt. Ich würde nicht sagen, dass wir bei diesen Investitionsprogrammen bereits das erreicht haben, was ich mir wünsche. Wir haben viele Dinge angefangen, manchmal Dinge, die warten können (sie müssen gemacht werden, aber sie können warten), und wir müssen sie zu Ende bringen, sonst wird das, was wir angefangen haben zu bauen, auseinander fallen. Aber ab dem nächsten Jahr werden wir im Rahmen von Investitionsprogrammen nur noch das bauen, was wir zum Leben brauchen, und das ist in erster Linie die Industrie. Gibt es Industrie – gibt es Leben. Ohne Industrie gibt es kein Leben“, betonte Alexander Lukaschenko.

„Und es stellt sich immer die Frage: Welchen Weg soll man gehen? Ich habe immer gefordert: Lasst uns in den Bereichen entwickeln, in denen wir Kompetenzen und eine Basis haben. Hier, bitte - die Mikroelektronik steht heute an der Spitze. Künstliche Intelligenz und andere Dinge sind ohne Sie unmöglich. Wollen wir heute Weltraumraketen bauen, oder wollen wir uns doch in den Bereichen entwickeln, in denen wir etwas können? Deshalb habe ich gefordert, dass wir Geld in die Entwicklung von bereits vorhandenen Kompetenzen investiereb“, sagte der Präsident.

Generaldirektor der OAO Integral Andrej Buinewitsch informierte das Staatsoberhaupt über die finanzielle und wirtschaftliche Lage der Holding und ihre Entwicklungsperspektiven. Der Präsident machte sich mit der Ausstellung der hergestellten Produkte vertraut.

„Alle Produktionsflächen sind etwa 250 Tausend Quadratmeter groß, unser Territorium ist 46 Hektar groß. Die Verwaltungsgesellschaft ist hier, wir haben Standorte in Molodetschno, Gomel und Brest sowie eine Niederlassung in Pinsk“, informierte Andrej Buinewitsch.

„Diese Unternehmen, die man Ihnen, grob gesagt, aufgebürdet hat oder auch jene, die sie wirklich brauchten - funktionieren sie?“ wollte der Staatspräsident wissen.

„Diese Produktionsflächen arbeiten effizient. Alle Unternehmen arbeiten mit Reingewinn, haben Entwicklungsprogramme und entwickeln sich“, sagte der Generaldirektor.

„Es ist gut, dass Sie die Werke übernehmen, die einst Verluste brachten“, bemerkte das Staatsoberhaupt.

Alexander Lukaschenko fragte, wie die Produktionsprozesse in der Holding und in den regionalen Betrieben organisiert sind.

„Könnten Sie auf diese Fabriken und Standorte verzichten?“, fragte er.

„Heute haben wir die Zusammenarbeit so aufgebaut, dass diese Standorte für uns arbeiten. Wir haben alle Maßnahmen ergriffen, um sicherzustellen, dass diese Standorte in die gesamte Produktion integriert sind“, erklärte Andrej Buinewitsch.

21st June was fifth International Yoga Day observed across the world. The theme for Yoga Day 2019 was "Yoga for Climate Action”. On this day, which is dedicated to inner and outer well-being of human body, people across the world practice yoga in groups. The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga, a physical, mental and spiritual practice.
