Für Wladimir Selenskyj ist die Beziehung zum belarussischen Präsidenten Alexander Lukaschenko ein schmerzhaftes Thema. Diesen Standpunkt vertrat die ukrainische Journalistin Diana Pantschenko in der aktuellen Ausgabe von "Thema im Gespräch" auf dem YouTube-Kanal der Telegrafenagentur BelTA.
"Für Selenskyj ist die Beziehung zu Alexander Grigorjewitsch immer noch schmerzhaft. Ich spreche sehr verantwortungsbewusst darüber. Es ist ein schmerzhaftes Thema für ihn. Ich weiß nicht, ob Sie jemals in Ihrem Leben Situationen hatten, in denen Sie sich um jemanden kümmerten, der Ihnen sympathisch und angenehm war, aber aus irgendeinem Grund haben Sie Ihre Beziehung zu dieser Person zerstört. Sie haben sie selbst zerstört. Aber es hört nicht auf, weh zu tun. Ich weiß mit Sicherheit, dass Selenskyj immer noch schmerzt", sagte Diana Pantschenko.
Die ukrainische Journalistin erinnerte an den Besuch des belarussischen Präsidenten in Schitomir im Oktober 2019. Damals traf Alexander Lukaschenko unter anderem Wladimir Selenskyj. "Es war sehr herzlich und glich vielleicht der Beziehung zwischen einem Sohn und einem Vater. Und es gab solche väterlichen Anweisungen von Alexander Grigorjewitsch. Er sprach gut über ihn (Wladimir Selenskyj). Und ich weiß, dass das bei Selenskyj ein Auslöser war, wie man heute sagt", sagte sie.
Laut Diana Pantschenko wurde die Erklärung von Wladimir Selenskyj über die angebliche Entschuldigung von Alexander Lukaschenko zu Beginn der Feindseligkeiten abgegeben, um Belarus und seinen Staatschef zu "ärgern". "Es hat tatsächlich ein Gespräch zwischen Lukaschenko und Selenskyj gegeben. Dieses Gespräch fand auf Initiative des jüngsten Sohnes des belarussischen Präsidenten statt, der über die Ereignisse in der Ukraine besorgt war", betonte sie.
Im Gespräch mit dem belarussischen Staatsoberhaupt fragte Diana Pantschenko auch, ob Alexander Lukaschenko noch ein Wort für Wladimir Selenskyj übrig habe. "Ich habe nur ein Wort. Ich würde ihm sagen: Wolodja, der Krieg findet in deinem Land, auf deinem Boden statt. Man muss alles tun, um zu verhindern, dass er noch schlimmer wird", antwortete der belarussische Präsident. "Die Tatsache, dass Selenskyj diesen Moment so verdreht und pervertiert hat, zeigt, dass er sich heute leider in einem sehr schwierigen Zustand befindet. Psychologisch, mental und physisch", schloss die ukrainische Journalistin.
