Ogólnobiałoruskie Zgromadzenia Ludowe będzie organem stabilizującym. O tym powiedziała szefowa Rady Republiki Zgromadzenia Narodowego Białorusi Natalia Kaczanawa na spotkaniu z przewodniczącymi miejskiej i rejonowej rad deputowanych, komitetów wykonawczych obwodu homelskiego, szefami administracji rejonów Homla, które przeszło w Świetłohorsku. Na początku spotkania Natalia Kaczanawa przypomniała, że w 2022 roku na Białorusi przeszło ważne wydarzenie polityczne – przeprowadzono refrenedum konstytucyjne. „Obecnie Zgromadzenie Narodowe, deputowani Izby Przedstawicieli i członkowie Rady Republiki – wszyscy razem pracujemy nad tymi projektami ustaw, które należy uchwalić w celu rozwoju odnowionej Konstytucji. Jest ich dość dużo – około 90. Szereg z nich, najbardziej kluczowe, już rozpatryzliśmy na naradzie u głowy państwa”, - potłumaczyła szefowa Rady Republiki. Według niej osobliwa rola należy Ogólnobiałoruskiemu Zgromadzeniu Ludowemu, które będzie stabilizującym organem państwowym, gdzie zostaną przedstawieni ludzie różnych zawodów i branży ze wszystkich regionów. „Rozumiemy, żę to wszystko należy uregulować ustawodawczo. Więc całkiem niedawno rozpatrywaliśmy ustawę o Ogólnobiałoruskim Zgromadzeniu Ludowym. W związku ze zmianami wprowadzonymi do Konstytucji poważnie pracowaliśmy i nad Kodeksem Wyborczym. Uchwaliliśmy ustawę o Zgromadzeniu Narodowym, statusie deputowanych Izby Przedstawicieli i członków Rady Republiki, co jest również bardzo ważne”, - podkreśliła Natalia Kaczanawa. Według niej uchwalane ustawy powinny działać na perspektywę. „Kiedy rozpatrujemy pytania, zapraszamy wszystkich przedstawicieli korpusu deputowanych, przewodniczących obwodowych komitetów wykonawczych, kierownictwo przedsiębiorstw i organizacji, by ich posłuchać. Można wiele mówić, lecz kiedy to zostanie wpisane do ustawy i wszystko będzie uregulowane ustawodawczo, wtedy będziemy musieli żyć i pracować zgodnie z tymi ustawami. Więc by ustawy były odpowiednie, zapraszamy ludzi, którzy dokładnie rozumieją, co należy uczynić”, - podkreśliła przewodnicząca Rady Republiki Zgromadzenia Narodowego Białorusi.
