Le Président du Kazakhstan est en visite officielle au Bélarus. L’hôte de marque d’Astana a rencontré le leader biélorusse. Alexandre Loukachenko et Noursoultan Nazarbaïev se sont concentrés sur le renforcement de la coopération commerciale et les investissements, le développement de la coopération industrielle et de l’infrastructure logistique. Le Président du Bélarus compte créer un fondement économique plus puissant pour les relations bilatérales. En ce qui concerne la politique et la diplomatie, Alexandre Loukachenko a constaté une convergence parfaite des opinions des parties.
« Votre visite nous aidera à augmenter les échanges, il y a toutes les conditions nécessaires. Nos spécialistes, les membres du gouvernement qui sont présents ici nous proposeront leurs variantes. Il y a de bons projets. Si nous acceptons leurs propositions, ce sera un grand pas vers le renforcement du fondement économique de nos relations. En ce qui concerne la politique et la diplomatie, nos opinions sont parfaitement convergentes. Nous soutenons toujours l’un l’autre. Nous sommes des pays très proches. En recevant l’Ambassadeur sortant de Kazakhstant qui avait fait beaucoup pour nos relations bilatérales, je l’ai remercié et je lui ai dit qu’il y avait pas de pays plus proches sur la planète que les fondateurs de l’Union économique eurasiatique. Nous devons renforcer cette amitié et cette coopération à l’aide d’un fondement économique puissant. Nous y sommes prêts ».
Les relations entre le Bélarus et le Kazakhstan ont atteint un nouveau niveau stratégique, il n’y a pas d’obstacles pour leur développement, a déclaré Noursoultan Nazarbaïev. En 2017 le Bélarus et la Kazakhstan célèbrent 25 ans des relations diplomatiques. Depuis ce temps les pays ont créé un fondement économique et politique solide pour l’amitié et la coopération.
« Sous la présidence d’Alexandre Loukachenko le Bélarus est devenu un pays européen développé. L’agriculture biélorusse est bien connue dans le monde, le potentiel des constructions mécaniques est préservé. Grâce à vous il y a 260 entreprises biélorusses au Kazakhstan, les produits agricoles biélorusses sont vendus dans nos magasins. De nouveaux contracts de livraison de l’équipement biélorusse au Kazakhstant seront signés pendant le forum d’affaires. On envisage aussi de signer un accord sur la localisation des produits et la création des usines d’assemblage ».
