Die Länder der Eurasischen Wirtschaftsunion wollen die Maßnahmen zum Marktschutz nach dem Inkrafttreten des Abkommens über die Freihandelszone zwischen der Ukraine und der EU entwickeln. Das erklärte der belarussische Präsident, Alexander Lukaschenko, in der Sitzung des Obersten Eurasischen Wirtschaftsrates in Moskau. Das entsprechende Abkommen tritt in Kraft ab 1. Januar 2016. Russland hat Verhandlungen darüber mit der Europäischen Union geführt, aber es gibt derzeit keine Vereinbarungen. Laut Staatschef von Belarus sei ein Beschluss gefasst worden, diese Frage innerhalb des ersten Vierteljahres 2016 zu behandeln. In der ersten Jahreshälfte übergeht man zur elektronischen Deklarierung der Ware. Ein ähnliches System wird zwischen Belarus und Russland eingesetzt werden.

"Wir sind glücklich, dass wir uns über alle Fragen, insbesondere über Wirtschaftsfragen, verständigen konnten. Das ist ein kompliziertes Problem. Sie wissen, dass das Abkommen über die Freihandelszone zwischen der Ukraine und der Europäischen Union ab 1. Januar des kommenden Jahres in Kraft tritt. Es ist eine ernste Situation im Hinblick auf die GUS-Freihandelszone zu beobachten. Nicht nur Russland, sondern auch wir alle sind darüber besorgt. Die Russische Föderation hat Verhandlungen darüber mit der Europäischen Union geführt. Wie der Vizepremier Schuwalow berichtete, es gibt derzeit keine Vereinbarungen. Es besteht die Befürchtung, dass bis zum 1. Januar keine Gespräche geführt werden. Es kann eine Situation sein, als die Waren aus der Ukraine durch die EU-Waren ersetzt werden. Dann wird die ukrainische Ware auf unser Territorium geliefert. Ein weiteres großes Problem besteht darin, dass die EU-Ware, die in die Ukraine zum Nullsatz eingeführt wird, dank der Freihandelszone mit der GUS in die GUS geliefert werden kann, wenn dieser Markt nicht geschützt wird".
