Die Repräsentantenkammer der Nationalversammlung hat in der ersten Lesung einige Änderungen des Migrationsgesetzes angenommen, die sich auf die erzwungene Migration beziehen. Das teilt die Nachrichtenagentur BelTA mit.
Der neue Gesetzentwurf räumt ausländischen Migranten mit Flüchtlingsstatus die gleichen Rechte auf medizinische Betreuung ein wie den belarussischen Staatsbürgern. Eine weitere Änderung sieht ein einheitliches Antragsverfahren für den Erhalt eines Flüchtlingsstatus, des zusätzlichen Schutzes oder eines Asyls vor. Vizeminister des Inneren, Nikolai Meltschenko, hat bei der Präsentation des Migrationsgesetzes im Parlament gesagt, Antragssteller dürften mit einer Bearbeitungszeit von maximal 6 Monaten rechnen. Darüber hinaus legt der Gesetzentwurf einen konkreten Plan fest im Falle einer massenhaften Einwanderung von Ausländern mit dem Ziel, in Belarus einen zusätzlichen Schutz zu suchen. „Wir schreiben Behörden und Staatsämtern konkrete Befugnisse vor, was Erstaufnahme, daktyloskopische Erfassung, obligatorische ärztliche Untersuchung und Personenidentifizierung angeht“, führte Nikolaj Meltschenko aus.
