Belarus and Russia will have to decide on the mechanisms of management of the joint company Rosbelavto, Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich told a press conference.

       Projects to establish joint Russian-Belarusian enterprise Soyuzkali and Rosbelavto are big and very important for Belarus. The work in this area is carefully watched by potential investors. These projects should serve as a model for similar projects in the future. National interests and the interests of the partners should be maximally taken into account, said the Prime Minister.
        “We are moving forward fast enough. On 28 September, I am meeting with Dmitry Medvedev to discuss the most important issues,” Mikhail Myasnikovich said.
Still we will have to work through some issues related to Rosbelavto, the joint auto holding company of MAZ and KamAZ, to be established on a parity basis. “The Russian Federation is not opposed to 50 to 50.
      According to the Prime Minister, the establishment of the joint holding company Rosbelavto, and cooperation of enterprise have big benefits. “We are interested in KamAZ as a partner,” said Mikhail Myasnikovich.
