Minister: Belarus is integrated into global education system

       The education system of Belarus is closely integrated with education systems of other countries, Education Minister of Belarus Sergei Maskevich told reporters before opening of the 12th international exhibition Education and Career in Minsk. “Our young people would like to learn more about foreign education practices and it is very good. We are promoting student exchange programs. It would be great for a student to study a semester in Belarus and a semester at a partner university abroad. Participants of the exhibition will discuss student mobility and inter-university contacts. It is important to show young people that our education is closely integrated with education systems of other countries,” Sergei Maskevich said. Chairman of the education committee of the Minsk City Hall Mikhail Mironchik noted that the exhibition gives an opportunity to get a better knowledge of the complex education system of Belarus and other countries.
This year the Education and Career exhibition in Minsk brought together over 140 educational institutions of Belarus and other states.
