Belarus and Israel will discuss trade and economic cooperation.
Topical issues of bilateral cooperation will be discussed during the fourth session of the joint Belarusian-Israeli committee for trade and economic cooperation in Jerusalem. "The committee is set to discuss the whole range of issues of trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and Israel, ways of increasing supplies of Belarusian goods and services to Israel, expanding credit and investment cooperation," the press service noted. Attending the meeting will be Belarus’ Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Rusyi who is in Israel on a visit on 3-5 February. Mikhail Rusyi is the chairman of the Belarusian part of the joint committee.
During the visit, the Vice Premier is set to attend the grand opening of the Chamber of Commerce Israel-Belarus 2013 in Tel Aviv, and to meet with chair of the Israeli part of the joint committee Sofa Landver, Minister of Foreign Affairs Avigdor Lieberman, and Finance Minister Yair Lapid. A business forum will be held with participation of Belarusian and Israeli business communities.
