Belarus is negotiating the expansion of tractor and truck supplies to Egypt. The issue was discussed at the meeting between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Egypt Sergei Rachkov and Egyptian Assistant Foreign Minister for European Affairs Hatem Seif El-Nasr. The parties discussed cooperation prospects between Belarus and Egypt, including the political and economic areas.
The parties emphasized the need to exchange visits at different levels with a view of intensifying bilateral cooperation and discussed the ways to increase mutual trade, including higher exports of MTZ tractors, MAZ and BelAZ trucks to Egypt.
