Union State discussing ways to enhance control over budget resources

        The Union State is discussing the ways to improve the legal framework for enhancing control over the use of budget resources, Chairman of the Union State PA’s commission for legislation and regulations, Deputy Chairman of the CIS, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Committee of Russia’s State Duma Tatiana Moskalkova told media. 
        The countries are currently discussing legal ways to enhance the efficiency of the control over the budget. In her words, punishment administration should be toughened in the federal bodies of the Russian executive power and Belarusian national bodies in order to enhance the efficiency of the use of the Union State budgetary resources. Improvement of the mechanism for the implementation of Union State programs is also high on the agenda. “We will continue developing the legal framework to have an opportunity to hold an efficient tender, select the best ordering customer and get revenue that can be further put in the development of healthcare, education and other social sectors,” Tatiana Moskalkova said.
