Over 7.4 million tonnes of grain, including rapeseed, has been threshed in Belarus, BelTA learned from the Agriculture and Food Ministry.
As of 16 August, 7.417 million tonnes of grain (including rapeseed) was harvested, which includes more than 6.352 million tonnes of cereals and leguminous crops (92.3% of the area under these crops, with yields at 33.2 centners per hectare) and 1.065 million tonnes of rapeseed (91.2% of the area, with yields at 29.3 centners per hectare).
Meanwhile, flax was pulled from 43,400 hectares, which is 97.3% of the area under this crop.
