Representatives of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences have paid a visit to the Great Stone Park, BelTA learned from the press service of the industrial park.
The delegation included the management and researchers of the Institute of Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The visit comprised a meeting with the management of the Industrial Park Development Company to discuss the Great Stone's current activity, the investment environment and market orientation of resident enterprises, and also plans to further develop the project.
The China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone is a special economic zone with a special legal regime. It is located 25km away from Minsk. The park's priority development areas include mechanical engineering, electronics and telecommunications, biotechnologies, pharmaceutics, new materials, logistics, digital commerce, big data storage and processing.
