Belarusian-Austrian economic forum in Vienna on 1 October

         The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber hosts a Belarusian-Austrian economic forum. Representatives of Austrian government agencies take part in it alongside with representatives of private enterprises, commercial and consulting companies, banking and insurance structures, which are interested in advancing business with Belarus. The Belarusian side is represented by Belarusian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Guryanov and a delegation of Belarusian businessmen. Member of the Board for Industry and Agribusiness of the Eurasian Economic Commission Sergei Sidorsky is to deliver a report to highlight cooperation opportunities in the Eurasian economic space at the plenary session of the forum. Alexander Guryanov will present information about prospects of trade and economic cooperation with Belarus taking into account peculiarities of the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space. Apart from that, within the framework of the forum a business matchmaking session will be held for Austrian and Belarusian companies. Representatives of Belarusian business circles will visit the international manufacturing automation expo SMART Automation Austria 2013 as well as Austrian enterprises.
