Belarusian Amkodor discusses vehicle sales to Nicaragua

Representatives of the Belarusian mechanical engineering company Amkodor have discussed prospects of cooperation in sales of vehicles and machines with representatives of Nicaragua, BelTA has learned.

A Nicaraguan delegation led by the transport and infrastructure minister visited the managing company of the holding company Amkodor.

The delegation examined Amkodor’s product lineup during the visit. The sides discussed prospects of cooperation in selling Amkodor machines and vehicles to Nicaragua.

In conclusion of the meeting the Nicaraguan transport and infrastructure minister left a note in the company’s distinguished visitors’ book.

The public joint-stock company (OAO) Amkodor is the managing company of the holding company Amkodor. The original enterprise was established in 1927. Nowadays the company make over 130 models and modifications of special-purpose and agricultural vehicles and machines. The company consists of 29 legal entities, 22 plants, which produce more than 6,500 marketable products. The number of employees exceeds 7,000. All Amkodor enterprises are integrated into a single technological chain. Each member specializes in manufacturing specific machines, units and assemblies for all enterprises of the company. Amkodor constantly develops new models of machines and vehicles and improves existing ones.
