Alina Harnasko of Belarus won the international rhythmic gymnastics tournament UAE Gymnastika Cup in Dubai, BelTA has learned.
The Belarusian scored 138.3 points in the All-Around event. Russia’s Lala Kramarenko and Dina Averina placed second and third respectively (136.37 and 134.54 points).
Alina Harnasko was also victorious in ball, club and ribbon exercises and was second in the hoop exercise. Anastasiia Salos of Belarus showed the best result in this exercise.
A total of 19 athletes from Belarus, Russia, USA, Hungary, Lebanon and Kazakhstan took part in the competition. UAE Gymnastika Cup was not held under the auspices of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), that is why the Belarusian and Russian athletes performed in Dubai under the flags of their countries.
