Automated system to keep records about COVID-19 vaccinated people in Belarus

An automated system to keep records about people, who have been vaccinated against COVID-19, will begin operating in June according to the Council of Ministers’ resolution No.202 of 4 April 2022, which has been published by the national legal information registry, BelTA has learned.

One of the goals of the resolution is to provide services to natural persons, who travel across the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union using the mobile app Travel Without COVID-19. The Council of Ministers wants one automated system to keep records about people, who have been vaccinated against COVID-19, as from 6 June 2022.

The Healthcare Ministry will own the system while the National Center for Electronic Services will operate it. Healthcare institutions will have to buy access to the system with money received from income-generating activities.

The Council of Ministers resolution comes into force as of the official publication date.
