Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China Yuri Senko met with the head of the China Association of Economic Counselors (ICAC), BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Beijing.
The parties discussed ways to promote Belarusian products with high added value to china and launched the inclusion of Belarus in the project "ICAC Platform for the Best Foreign Products". The parties also reached an agreement to hold an online meeting with the participation of ICAC, the Agency for Foreign Economic Affairs and logistics companies of Belarus to discuss further cooperation and sign a memorandum.
The China Association of Economic Counselors was established on 1 August 2018 with an aim to promote business cooperation and cultural exchange between China and the international community, to ensure strategic development within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, to facilitate business communication with diplomatic missions accredited in China in such areas as trade, investment, science and technology, environmental protection, economy and culture.
